Q: Do you sanitize your products before fulfilling orders?
Yes, each product container is completely sanitized prior to fulfillment. Our establishment is safe and sanitary as well. We follow all COVID health guidelines.
Q: Do you offer contact free pickup?
Yes, you may choose this option as a shipping method on our website during checkout.
Q: My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of arrival. Provide us with your order #, photo, and a description of the damage. We would be glad to help!
Q: An item was missing from my order, what do I do?
Please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of arrival. Provide us with your order # and a photo of how your order was received.
Q: How do I know if my order was processed?
You will receive a confirmation email of your order as soon as it has been placed.
Q: How can I track my package?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your shipping label has been created. The status of your order will say "Pre-Shipment." Once our USPS carrier scans your package, your tracking information will automatically update. You can continue to use that same link to track your package.
Q: I put the wrong address when placing my order, what do I do?
Please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order. Provide us with your order number and correct address.
Q: My tracking information states that my package has been delivered, but its not in my mailbox or at my doorstep. What do I do?
In this case, please contact your local USPS. They may be holding it for you, it could have been forwarded to a different address, it could be missing, etc. We also recommend that you file a claim regarding your missing package with the USPS. Please wait 48 hours before contacting us due to the fact that your order may still be in transit, the USPS could be working on your claim, etc. Once your package has been dropped off to the USPS carrier it is in their hands and it is your responsibility to track your package with the information that has been provided to you. Q: How do I use the lip scrub?
The lip scrubs are meant to be used only 1-2 times a week. You do not want to over exfoliate your lips, they are delicate. You may apply the lip scrub with your fingers or the spatula that we provide. Rub the lip scrub on your lips for a couple of minutes. Once you are done, you may lick the scrub off since they are edible or wipe it off with a wet cloth.
Q: I am buying a product for someone/myself and I do not want my items in your pink packaging. What do I do?
Please leave a message in the comments section when you place your order. We would be more than happy to provide you with our gender-neutral packaging.
