Q: Do you sanitize your products before fulfilling orders?
Absolutely. All product containers are thoroughly sanitized prior to fulfillment, and our workspace is maintained to meet strict cleanliness and safety standards.

Q: Do you offer contact-free pickup?
Yes, contact-free local pickup is available and can be selected as a shipping option during checkout.

Q: My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, a photo, and a brief description of the damage so we can assist you.

Q: An item is missing from my order. What should I do?
Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo showing how your package arrived.

Q: How will I know if my order was processed?
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase is placed.

Q: How can I track my package?
Once your shipping label is created, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Your order may initially show as “Pre-Shipment.” Tracking updates once USPS scans your package, and you can continue using the same link to follow its progress.

Q: I entered the wrong address at checkout. What should I do?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order with your order number and the correct address. While we’ll do our best to help, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed.

Q: My tracking says “Delivered,” but I can’t find my package. What should I do?
We recommend contacting your local USPS office first, as they may be able to locate your package or provide additional details. You may also file a claim directly with USPS. Please allow 48 hours before reaching out to us, as packages are sometimes marked delivered prior to arrival. Once a package is handed over to USPS, it is their responsibility. Lipluv By J LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages.

Q: How do I use the lip scrub?
Lip scrubs should be used 1–2 times per week to avoid over-exfoliation. Apply with clean fingers or the included spatula and gently massage onto lips for a few minutes. Scrubs are edible, so you may lick them off or remove with a damp cloth.

Q: I prefer gender-neutral packaging. What should I do?
Simply leave a note in the comments section at checkout, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.
