We only ship in the United States. Once your order is placed, it will take about 1-10 days to fulfill. It will then be shipped within 1-3 business days after it has been fulfilled. 

We understand that there have been delays due to COVID and issues regarding stolen or missing packages with the USPS carrier. It can be very frustrating and we understand your concerns. We do our best to make sure we provide our customers with the best quality packaging and shipping.

Unfortunately we have no control over what happens with the packages once they are dropped off at the USPS facility. Therefore, we do not offer refunds. We recommend that in the event of your package being lost or stolen, you file a claim with the USPS. 

As an alternative, we do offer contact free pickup. You can choose this option as a shipping method on our website during checkout.
